Solution Architect - Generative AI

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Solution Architect with experience in Generative AI. You will design the blueprints for our AI ecosystem-selecting models, designing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, and ensuring our AI initiatives are scalable and ethical.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Design: Architect end-to-end GenAI solutions, including model selection (LLMs, SLMs, Multi-modal), vector database orchestration, and API integration.
  
• Infrastructure & Scaling: Design high-performance inference pipelines and determine the best deployment strategies (Cloud vs. On-prem).
  
• RAG & Data Strategy: Build robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures to connect LLMs with our proprietary data.
  
• Governance & Security: Implement "AI Guardrails" to manage hallucination, data leakage, and prompt injection risks.
  
• Cost Management: Optimize token usage and compute costs-ensuring we aren't "burning money" on over-engineered solutions.
  
• Prototyping: Rapidly build Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to test the feasibility of new AI features
  

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  
• Proven experience (typically 3+ years) as a Solution Architect or a similar role, ideally with exposure to AI/ML.
  
• Frameworks: Deep expertise in LangChain,VertexAI
  
• Models: Hands-on experience with Gemini, Anthropic (Claude), and Open Source models (Llama 3, Mistral)
  
• Proficiency with Graph & Vector DBs
  
• Development: Strong Python skills and experience with API frameworks like FastAPI or Flask.
  
• Experience with AWS Bedrock and Google Vertex AI
  
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices (CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code).
  
• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
