The goal of Extended Enterprise (DMT) is to make a significant and positive impact on the way Airbus employees and partners work, collaborate and share information as well as providing a foundational step for the digital transformation of Airbus. This is achieved through the deployment and support of new tools and technologies enabling better cross functional collaboration, improved productivity, greater company and partner integration, and improved efficiency and more open and horizontal information exchange. A critical element required to achieve success for Extended Enterprise (DMT) is a clearly defined strategy supported by an effective transformation plan and operational controls.

SDL - Continuous Improvement acts as a first relay to the product manager, ensuring the alignment of the product's (Extended Enterprise Services) vision and strategy with the overall business goals, while considering the needs of customers and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle. The SDL translates those needs into a prioritized product backlog, guiding the development team to deliver maximum value. They will also be responsible for the technical reviews, quality assurance of the deliverables.

  • Bachelor/ Master Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or relevant field with 6-8 years of experience
  • ITIL Expert/Intermediate

  • Understanding Service Dependencies and Orchestration
  • Value Stream Optimization for Services
  • Service Requirements Elicitation and Definition
  • User Journey Mapping Across Services
  • Fully accountable and Driving Quality aspects for all the deliverables
  • Communicating Service Value Propositions
  • Building Trust and Transparency Around Service Performance
  • Project Leader - enabling reviews, quality checks and delivery followups
  • Technically leading a team of 5-6
  • Interface between the internal customers/suppliers and CSI team

GOOD TO HAVE

  • SD Lifecycle and Architecture knowledge
  • Product Management
  • Business and end user experience oriented
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good Understanding of Service Now is required
  • Work with minimal direct guidance, self-motivated and proactive
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Advanced level of English
  • French knowledge will be an added value
