Job Description:

The goal of Extended Enterprise (DMT) is to make a significant and positive impact on the way Airbus employees and partners work, collaborate and share information as well as providing a foundational step for the digital transformation of Airbus. This is achieved through the deployment and support of new tools and technologies enabling better cross functional collaboration, improved productivity, greater company and partner integration, and improved efficiency and more open and horizontal information exchange. A critical element required to achieve success for Extended Enterprise (DMT) is a clearly defined strategy supported by an effective transformation plan and operational controls.

The SDL for Partner Relations, you will be a key player in our organization, responsible for building, managing, and optimizing our relationships with external partners and business . This role is crucial for ensuring that our solutions meet the high standards of security, reliability, and performance required in the aerospace industry.

  • Bachelor/ Master Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or relevant field with 6-8 years of experience
  • ITIL Expert/Intermediate


PRIMARY

  • Develop Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key external partners
  • Performance Monitoring: Define and Continuously monitor and evaluate partner performance against strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), focusing on uptime, security compliance, and support responsiveness.
  • Supplier Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks
  • Communication & Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration with internal teams, including engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and legal.
  • New Partner Identification & onboarding survey


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • ITIL: Good understanding
  • Experience: Proven experience in a partner-facing role within the IT or software industry, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked with engineering or manufacturing technologies in a regulated industry like aerospace, defense, or automotive.
  • Technical Expertise: Fair Understanding of Extended Enterprise Solutions
  • Negotiation & Influence: Strong negotiation skills with a track record of managing complex contracts and achieving favorable terms.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex issues and drive effective solutions under pressure.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to manage relationships with a diverse set of partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field is required. An advanced degree is a plus.

GOOD TO HAVE

  • SD Lifecycle and Architecture knowledge
  • Product Management
  • Business and end user experience oriented
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good Understanding of Service Now is required
  • Work with minimal direct guidance, self-motivated and proactive
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Advanced level of English
  • French knowledge will be an added value
