Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator (f/m) to join our Operational Logistics department based in Toulouse, France.

You will be part of a team developing logistics solutions ensuring the availability of parts and equipment for the final assembly lines. As part of the FAL Logistics team, you will be involved in the coordination of supply flows aiming at securing on-time and on quality deliveries in accordance with final assembly line needs.

Your challenges :

  • Coordinate critical interfaces between FAL production, logistic supports, and Procurement teams to ensure seamless supply flows.
  • Manage internal supplier performance by leading regular meetings, establishing Service Level Agreements, and monitoring key progress indicators.
  • Secure stock availability by anticipating missing parts (serial and secondary flow) and setting up robust recovery action plans.
  • Drive process robustness and transformation by managing non-conformance feedback loops and contributing to major logistics projects.

Your boarding pass :

  • Proven professional experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Manufacturing Engineering, ideally within an industrial environment.
  • Analytical Rigor: Ability to detect deviations, identify root causes, and propose sustainable solutions.
  • Decision-Making & Autonomy: Strong ability to make firm decisions in complex environments while challenging established processes.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Excellent communication skills for MFT (Multi-Functional Team) animation and international coordination.
  • Linguistic Proficiency: Professional level in French and English (written and spoken), essential for effective communication and coordination with international stakeholders.
