Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Supply Chain & Quality Manager (f/m) to join our Customer Services department based in Toulouse, France.

You will be part of a team developing supply chain performance for aftermarket operations. As part of the Supply Chain & Quality Management team, you will be involved in managing supplier performance aiming at ensuring on-time and high-quality deliveries for airlines.

Your challenges:

• Evaluate, monitor and improve supplier supply chain and quality performance.
  
• Manage supplier quality approvals and ensure continuous compliance with aerospace regulations.
  
• Identify industrial risks related to suppliers and propose effective mitigation actions.
  
• Initiate and lead supplier recovery plans and performance improvement projects.
  
• Act as the primary escalation point for supply chain and quality aspects with operational teams.
  
  

Your boarding pass:

• Significant professional experience in supply chain, procurement operations, engineering, or logistics.
  
• Proven track record in leading performance improvement projects and supplier development.
  
• Strong knowledge of aerospace regulations and supplier surveillance methods.
  
• Solid understanding of airline operations and customer support activities.
  
• Negotiation level in English.
