Responsibilities - your mission
In his/her role as Process & Information System Management, the jobholder will be responsible for administrative activities and support to the procurement functions in line with the Service Line Agreement requirements
Main responsibilities
- Manage purchasing data in SAP
- Support Procurement department for SAP PGI system
- Coordination and support for French perimeter on ARP project and Train activities
- Manage escalations and subcontractor activities for responsible scope of services
- Ensure regular two-way communication with strategic buyers in central Procurement commodities
- Manage stakeholder relationship with multiple functions such as strategic and operational procurement
- Contribute to innovation and digitalization in the procurement process through the deployment of state-of-the-art process and tools
- Daily support to the buyers (guardian of the right application of SAP Golden Rules and data processes, knowledge enhancement and SAP Golden rules explanation, how to understand the purchasing data in SAP)
- Project contribution (mainly ARP)
- Buyer's support (level 1 and 2)
- Validation of user's access rights
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have
- Bachelor degree or technical training background in procurement, logistics, supply chain or business administration or similar
- 3 years experience in SAP
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including fluent in English both written and verbal
- Google suite knowledge is a plus
- A strong ability to communicate effectively with the capacity to work across functions and will easily adapt and be open-minded to changing priorities, new tasks, etc.
- Delivery oriented mindset with a strong focus on customers’ satisfaction
- Analytical and open to new ways of working
- A team player being comfortable with remote working
- Open to some travel for business reasons as required
- Procurement experience is a benefit
