Job Description:

The primary goal for this role is to manage and optimize the technical architecture of the Airbus Aerostructures SAP landscape. The candidate is expected to define and suggest SAP best practices and "Golden Rules" to ensure a resilient, scalable, and high-performance environment

Your Responsibilities:

  • System Administration: Administer and maintain multiple SAP instances across development, test, and production environments.
  • Operational Support: Deliver complete Basis support for ECC / S/4 HANA / JAVA / Cloud Solutions, including transport management, housekeeping, and monitoring. Encourage to propose and build automations for improving the efficiency.
  • Incident Management: Coordinate end-to-end incident management with Business and Partners, work on OSS (SAP Notes, standard modifications), and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on system failures like dumps and locks.
  • Technical Configuration: Configure Basis settings, create RFCs, and manage DDIC changes on demand.
  • Change Management: Introduce technical changes using structured approaches to minimize risk and ensure high reliability and availability.
  • Documentation Management: Ensure to document the end to end changes and configuration is up to date for all the platforms and applications.

Your mission:

  • To act as a technical specialist within an international, distributed, and multi-functional team . The mission involves ensuring zero unplanned downtime by complying with SAP security parameters and performing deep-dive performance tuning and architectural simplifying for massive scale.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience: A graduate with several years of experience in SAP Basis on ABAP / HANA / JAVA.
  • Technical Expertise: Proven background in technical delivery, operations, performance tuning, technical data archiving , knowledge of system upgrades and migration.
  • Tools Expertise: ServiceNow, JIRA, SAP, HANA Studio, Netweaver, Infrastructure( Windows / Cloud) and BTP.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Cultural Fit: Ability to work in an Agile mindset and experience facing European Business.
