Airbus Finance is driving a digital transformation to support our rapidly expanding production. We are seeking a talented SAP FI/CO Product Manager (d/f/m) to lead industrial finance projects within our innovative, global team. Your Mission:

As part of our diverse, multinational team, you will collaborate across functions (Finance, IT, Procurement, Manufacturing) to:

  • Advance ERP systems: Lead our journey with SAP S/4 HANA and SAP Central Finance, focusing on process efficiency and innovation.

  • Optimize financial solutions: Develop and enhance tools for Controlling & Cost Accounting, including Industrial Controlling, Costing, and Labor Controlling.

  • Embrace new technologies: Design SAP-based solutions using the latest tools (e.g., Fiori, RPA), and foster collaboration with business stakeholders.

  • Apply agile and design-thinking methods: Drive stability, data integrity, and innovation in our complex finance landscape.

Ideal Skills & Experience:

  • SAP Expertise: 5+ years in SAP FI/CO with functional and customization experience.

  • Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of inventory accounting and cost control, plus integration with MM, WM, PP, and SD modules.

  • Project Leadership: Proven ability to manage and drive projects independently.

  • Technical Insight: Familiarity with ABAP, IDOCS, and SAP PI interfaces; S/4 HANA knowledge is a plus.

  • Communication: Strong English (German is a bonus); occasional travel.
