Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an SAP FI - AP Product Manager (for Accounts Payable) to join our Digital Department, based in Toulouse, France.

As an SAP FI - AP Product Manager (for Accounts Payable), you will be dedicated to the finance team and more specifically to Procure-To-Pay (P2P) processes.

You will be part of an international team designing, deploying and supporting the solutions enabling digitalization of the Procure-to-Pay process. Joining us you will take part of following types of projects:

  • Airbus Finance ERP convergence road map: unification of the SAP Finance landscape, on advanced technologies generating process harmonization, efficiency gains and new ways of working for Airbus finance.

  • Draw up the next P2P solutions: From benchmarking the market to group-wide deployment.

  • Contribute to build the future Vendor Master Data solution for the group

  • Prepare Airbus for compliance regarding future European tax regulations about e-Invoicing and e-Reporting.

  • Support Airbus worldwide transformation by extending SAP S/4 Central Finance to Airbus subsidiaries, generating process and compliance harmonization, on accounts payable

Your challenges:

  • Contribute to evolve our strategy and design our processes and solutions in close collaboration with the business stakeholders

  • Support new ways of working and collaboration between business functions and finance and design the data-models and solutions that fit finance and customer needs

  • Embark on the latest technologies based on SAP, e.g. S/4, Fiori, RPA, SaaS and several others to complement our transactional SAP backbones

  • Design, customize and deliver solutions with SAP and various SaaS solutions in the frame of the P2P flows

  • ​Adapt Airbus system landscape to the new tax and invoicing legal regulations world wide

  • Design solutions and execute product developments, tests and implementation.

  • Ensure at daily basis stable system operations for our complex landscape (covering all the Airbus group)

  • Monitor external business trends in order to challenge the business requirements and push for improvement and innovation.

Your boarding pass:

  • Experience on SAP FI - AP and Account Payable & Finance in functional business processes and system customizing

  • Strong project leading skills in a multinational environment

  • Experience to develop new concepts and technical solutions

  • Fluent English is mandatory

Salary:

Salary range based on the required profile: 60 to 70 K€/year (including a variable part based on your performance). Information provided as an indication.
