Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 est à la recherche d'un(e) Responsable principal(e), Gestion des affaires ingénierie pour rejoindre notre équipe des Services d'ingénierie basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada).
Vous ferez partie de l'équipe responsable de la gestion de la capacité d'ingénierie, de la performance, de la stratégie et du développement des compétences. L'équipe est organisée pour promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manière autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.
En tant que Responsable principal(e), Gestion des affaires ingénierie, vous agirez en tant qu'architecte stratégique et responsable des processus pour le périmètre Ingénierie A220, orchestrant l'alignement transnational du budget, des effectifs et de la performance. Vous servirez de partenaire d'affaires clé auprès de l'équipe de direction, transformant des données complexes issues de multiples programmes en stratégies exploitables pour l'optimisation des coûts et l'efficience de l'empreinte industrielle. En comblant le fossé entre les besoins techniques d'ingénierie et les fonctions corporatives telles que les Finances, les RH et les Achats, vous vous assurerez que l'organisation demeure agile, conforme et prête pour les prochaines étapes de développement.

The A220 commercial aircraft program is looking for a Senior Engineering Business Management Leader to join our Engineering Services team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada).
You will be part of the team responsible for managing engineering capacity, performance, strategy, and competency development. The team is organized to promote cross-functional collaboration in an autonomous manner, supporting one another and learning collectively.
As the Senior Lead, Engineering Business Management, you act as the strategic architect and process owner for the A220 Engineering perimeter, orchestrating transnational alignment across budget, workforce, and performance. You serve as a key business partner to the Leadership Team, transforming complex data from multiple programs into actionable strategies for cost optimization and footprint efficiency. By bridging the gap between technical engineering needs and corporate functions like Finance, HR, and Procurement, you ensure the organization remains lean, compliant, and ready for future development milestones.
