Votre profil:

• Vous détenez un baccalauréat en Gestion de projet/ingénierie ou équivalent;
• Vous avez des qualités de leader et avez de l’ambition;
• Vous avez idéalement 5 à 10 ans d’expérience en gestion de projet ou gestion de programme;
• Vous avez un bagage technique en développement d’avion et opérations commerciales;
• Vous avez de bonnes compétences d’analyse, de planification et de résolution de problèmes;
• Vous êtes parfaitement à l’aise pour communiquer en Français et en Anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit;
• Vous avez des compétences avancées avec la suite Google et les outils de gestion de planification.

En raison du secteur d’activité (aéronautique), de multiples contacts avec des entités Airbus situées dans le monde entier, et d’interactions avec les fournisseurs et clients également situés dans le monde entier, la connaissance de l’anglais est demandée dans ce poste.

Do you have experience in aircraft development project management, have you worked in aeronautics and would you like to progress and develop new skills? Then this job is for you!

The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a Project Management Business Partner (PMBP) to join our A220 Project and Program Management team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), where you will work with the multi-functional teams.

You will be part of the project managers for aircraft development projects on the Systems responsible for providing a reliable reference framework with best practices in project and portfolio management and providing the services of a community of project management experts to ensure optimal decision-making and protect the Program. The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.

Your role as Project Management Business Partners (PMBP) will be to monitor and control the necessary activities in terms of time, costs, quality and performance in order to achieve the success of development projects on the A220.

Your area of action will focus on the major project activities on the SYSTEMs :

• Animate the “Project Management” aspects for the major modifications;
• Monitor of the schedule and actions (high level & operational);
• Monitor of the risk and opportunity process;
• Support change assessment in project development;
• Monitor the costs of the team's development projects.

Your challenges:

• Monitor and control project activities (time, cost, quality and performance);
• Develop, harmonize and update integrated plans;
• Identify and integrate lessons learned from the project;
• Ensure active management of risks and opportunities;
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Your boarding pass:

• You hold a bachelor's degree in Project Management/Engineering or equivalent;
• You have leadership qualities and have ambition;
• You have ideally 5 to 10 years of experience in project management or program management;
• You have technical background in aircraft development and commercial operations;
• You have good analytical, planning and problem-solving skills;
• You are perfectly comfortable communicating in French and English, both orally and in writing;
• You have advanced skills with the Google suite and planning management tools.

Due to the sector of activity (aerospace), frequent contacts with Airbus entities worldwide, and interactions with suppliers and clients also located across the globe, proficiency in English is required for this position.
