Responsable de Compensaciones, Beneficios y Nómina

AIRBUS

Responsable de todas las actividades relacionadas con el procesamiento de compensaciones y nómina, así como también de buscar y garantizar el pago correcto a todo el personal, dentro de los parámetros de la compañía y de acuerdo a la legislación actual y políticas de la empresa a nivel local y global.
Responsable de la administración de beneficios del personal de Airbus de las diferentes entidades legales en México a las que presta el servicio compartido.

Responsabilidades Clave:
• Supervisar el cálculo y procesamiento correcto de las nóminas para las diferentes entidades legales en México;
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de los pagos relacionados con instancias gubernamentales como IMSS, Infonavit, Fonacot y sindicatos;
• Gestionar la administración efectiva de los beneficios del personal;
• Supervisar el cálculo correcto de finiquitos e indemnizaciones manteniendo los registros de nómina (KPI);
• Dirigir un equipo responsable de funciones contables relacionadas con la distribución y preparación de pagos, impuestos y deducciones de nómina;
• Proveer información fiscal necesaria para el cierre fiscal corporativo según los plazos establecidos por el área financiera;
• Analizar estudios del mercado frente a las políticas empresariales para asegurar prácticas competitivas en compensación.

A Quién Buscamos:
Buscamos a una persona con una sólida trayectoria en gestión de compensaciones y nómina que cumpla con los siguientes requisitos:

Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Contaduría, Administración o área afín.

Experiencia: Mínimo 3 años en gestión de compensaciones y al menos 5 años en procesamiento de nómina, con conocimiento comprobable en IMSS, INFONAVIT, SUA, Ley ISR y Ley Federal del Trabajo.

Habilidades Lingüísticas: Inglés fluido a nivel de negocios.
Competencias Técnicas: Conocimiento avanzado de paquetería Office y experiencia con SAP; se valorará familiaridad con CFDI 4.0.
Habilidades Analíticas: Fuertes capacidades en indicadores de nómina, asesoría fiscal y cálculo de la Participación de los Trabajadores en las Utilidades (PTU).
Cualidades de Liderazgo: Experiencia comprobable en gestión de equipos, supervisión de proyectos, relaciones con clientes, negociación y manejo de contratos.

Plus:

• Experiencia previa en centros de servicios compartidos (Shared service)

• Manejo De Sistema TRESS

Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll Specialist

AIRBUS

Responsible for all activities related to compensation processing and payroll, as well as ensuring accurate payment to all personnel within the company's parameters and in accordance with current legislation and company policies at both local and global levels. Responsible for managing the benefits of Airbus personnel across various legal entities in Mexico that utilize shared services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the accurate calculation and processing of payroll for different legal entities in Mexico.
• Ensure compliance with payments related to government entities such as IMSS, Infonavit, Fonacot, and unions.
• Manage the effective administration of employee benefits.
• Oversee the correct calculation of severance payments and indemnities while maintaining payroll records (KPIs).
• Lead a team responsible for accounting functions related to payment distribution and preparation, taxes, and payroll deductions.
• Provide necessary tax information for corporate fiscal closing according to deadlines set by the finance department.
• Analyze market studies against company policies to ensure competitive compensation practices.

Who are we looking for:

We are seeking an individual with a solid background in compensation and payroll management who meets the following requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or a related field.

Experience: At least 3 years in compensation management and a minimum of 5 years in payroll processing, with proven knowledge of IMSS, INFONAVIT, SUA, Income Tax Law (ISR), and Federal Labor Law.

Language Skills: Fluent English and Spanish at a business level.

Technical Competencies: Advanced knowledge of Office software and experience with SAP; familiarity with CFDI 4.0 is valued.

Analytical Skills: Strong capabilities in payroll indicators, tax advisory, and calculation of Workers' Participation in Profits (PTU).

Leadership Qualities: Proven experience in team management, project supervision, client relations, negotiation, and contract management.

Will be a plus:

• Previous experience in shared service centers.

• Proficiency in TRESS System.
