We are now looking for a Recruitment Business Partner to join our Airbus GBS team.

In this role the main tasks and accountabilities you can expect may include:

  • Analyse, understand and challenge the managers' needs, and convert them into appealing Job postings.
  • Identify where our target group is located and how to inspire them.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with desirable candidates.
  • Assess candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide constructive feedback to them.
  • Delivering the complete end-to-end recruitment and selection process including sourcing, screening, pre-qualification, interviewing and final candidate selection.
  • Translating business objectives into robust recruiting strategies and routes to market.
  • Design of and delivering innovative sourcing strategies and solutions to meet business needs generate a talent pipeline using a variety of channels, social media, data mining, and x-ray searching.
  • Developing multi-hire sourcing strategies and collaborate with colleagues cross-divisionally and cross-functionally to leverage wide channels, and co-ordinate global campaigns.
  • Working in partnership with the hiring managers and HR community to understand and drive resource planning, and to define appropriate timescales for recruitment campaigns.
  • Providing consultative services on industry and market trends to the business.
  • Conducting competency-based interviews with candidates at final interview and provide hiring recommendations to the business.
  • Attending career events and other Employer Branding events.


Requirements - our ideal candidate will have

As the successful candidate you must be able to demonstrate the following experience and skills:

  • Well developed sourcing approaches using professional networks, social media, job boards and other channels.
  • Experience/knowledge of corporate recruitment in Engineering, IT, Finance and related areas.
  • Experience in managing high volume recruitment with established deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to consult, influence, and partner with colleagues and senior leaders.
  • Customer focused who can deliver a world-class service to the hiring community and positively influence the candidate experience.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and data driven.
  • Fluency in English is a must, other European language(s) is considered a plus.
