We are searching for the next member of our receiving inspector team, here you take on the critical role, ensuring parts are safely inbounded and stored in line with aviation safety guidelines. Someone who can work with Aviation safety at the forefront of their daily tasks.
What the job is ...
To ensure complete accuracy of all incoming products upon receipt. Such accuracy, in alignment with Satair’s quality objectives, shall pertain to documentation, part numbers, specification, description, quantity and quality of products.
You will do one or several of the following activities:
- Visually check each product upon arrival to ensure compliance with regulations and dispatch to the right areas.
- Start claims process if the part does not meet required standards or any deviation detected.
- Manage dangerous goods if needed.
- Manage export controlled products.
- Store products in line with regulations and company policy.
How you will contribute to the team
We are looking for a minimum of 3-5 years experience within a goods inbound role, with a focus on quality control and compliance is an advantage.
- Familiarity with SAP an advantage
- You must have a forklift license (cat B) and experience operating a forklift.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
