Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a SAP Architect Human Resources (f/m) to join our ERP Center of Excellence based in Toulouse, France.

You will be part of a team acting as a center of excellence for every topic related to SAP for the Human Resources Business Line, encompassing design, development, and run mode. As part of the DEH organization, you will be involved in major transformation initiatives aiming at moving to S/4 HANA, simplifying the IT landscape, and ensuring the alignment of architectural strategy with business goals.

Your challenges:

  • Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap of the SAP Human Resources line of business, facilitating co-innovation closely with the SAP editor.
  • Deliver SAP Architecture services for business projects, contributing to urbanization activities, Solution Design, and Architecture Reference Documents (ARD).
  • Establish SAP guidelines and patterns taking into account business challenges while ensuring an Airbus End-to-End vision.
  • Promote SAP standards and harmonization across the landscape while investigating the latest digital innovations (Cloud, Big Data, UX).
  • Perform an integration role to ensure consistency between business products and coordinate the activities of external SAP experts in your area.

Your boarding pass:

  • Solid professional experience in SAP architecture, specifically within the Human Resources perimeter.
  • Deep technical expertise in SAP ECC, S/4 HCM, and SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) services.
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes (Personal Administration, Payroll, Time Management) and their interactions with other SAP domains.
  • Proven experience working in transnational, multi-functional teams using Agile methodologies for complex integration projects.
  • Advanced level of English to effectively communicate and build trusting relationships with stakeholders, customers, and IT communities.
