The primary objective of the Technical Architect (TA) is to support our clients in the implementation and conversion of SAP On-Premise environments, as well as RISE/GROW or public cloud solutions. The Technical Architect (TA) is responsible for designing and implementing software and technology solutions that address our clients’ strategic needs. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into robust, scalable, and efficient technical architectures. The Technical Architect will lead efforts to ensure best practices in software development, system integration, system security, and IT infrastructure across On-Premise, RISE, and public cloud environments.

Main Objective
The primary objective of the Technical Architect (TA) is to support our clients in the implementation and conversion of SAP On-Premise environments, as well as RISE/GROW or public cloud solutions. The Technical Architect (TA) is responsible for designing and implementing software and technology solutions that address our clients’ strategic needs. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into robust, scalable, and efficient technical architectures. The Technical Architect will lead efforts to ensure best practices in software development, system integration, system security, and IT infrastructure across On-Premise, RISE, and public cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to gather technical requirements and design comprehensive architecture solutions.

  • Develop high-level system architecture designs for new applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and adherence to industry standards.

  • Evaluate and analyze emerging technologies and innovations, identifying their potential application within company projects.

  • Produce technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, workflows, and integration strategies, to provide clear guidance to development teams.

  • Lead and mentor development teams during the implementation phases of architecture projects, ensuring quality and performance standards are met.

  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential architectural challenges.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve architecture-level issues in coordination with other technical team members.

  • Continuously improve architecture processes and strategies based on industry trends and operational insights.

Qualifications

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in SAP Basis, with a strong focus on architectural design.

  • Proven experience as a Technical Architect or in a similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of architecture frameworks and design patterns.

  • Expertise in cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

  • Solid understanding of enterprise systems, databases, and integration technologies.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise language for non-technical stakeholders.
