Misión:

Ejercer el liderazgo estratégico y la gestión financiera integral de la planta de manufactura para garantizar su rentabilidad y salud operativa. Esto incluye dirigir la planeación financiera a corto y largo plazo, supervisar el ciclo contable completo y el control interno bajo altos estándares de precisión, así como gestionar los recursos tecnológicos y de procesos para impulsar la eficiencia y el cumplimiento de los objetivos organizacionales.

Responsabilidades:

Gestión Financiera y Contable: Supervisar el ciclo completo de contabilidad (facturación, cuentas por cobrar/pagar, inventarios, activos fijos e impuestos), liderar los cierres mensuales y asegurar la precisión de los estados financieros, auditorías externas y costos de producto.

Planeación Estratégica y Análisis: Elaborar pronósticos (FC) y presupuestos operativos (OP), analizar variaciones financieras para recomendar acciones a la gerencia y proporcionar consultoría proactiva para la toma de decisiones estratégicas.

Liderazgo Operativo y Ambiental: Dirigir los equipos de TI y mejora de procesos, además de garantizar el cumplimiento del Sistema de Gestión Ambiental, asegurando el uso eficiente de recursos y el alineamiento de la política ambiental con los objetivos de la organización.

Requerimientos:

Licenciatura en Contabilidad, Administración o afín.

Más de 5 años de experiencia en un puesto similar.

Más de 3 años de experiencia como contador de costos.

Dominio de SAP.

Habilidades: Trabajo en equipo, toma de decisiones, liderazgo, comunicación efectiva y pensamiento analítico.

Mission:

Provide strategic leadership and comprehensive financial management for the manufacturing plant to ensure profitability and operational health. This includes directing short and long-term financial planning, supervising the full accounting cycle and internal controls under high-precision standards, and managing technological and process resources to drive efficiency and organizational goal achievement.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial and Accounting Management: Oversee the complete accounting cycle (billing, A/P, A/R, inventory, fixed assets, and taxes), lead month-end closings, and ensure the accuracy of financial statements, external audits, and product costing.
  • Strategic Planning and Analysis: Prepare forecasts (FC) and operating plans (OP), analyze financial variances to recommend actions to management, and provide proactive consultation for strategic decision-making.
  • Operational and Environmental Leadership: Direct IT (IM) and process improvement teams, while ensuring compliance with the Environmental Management System, resource efficiency, and the alignment of environmental policies with organizational objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar position.
  • 3+ years of experience specifically as a Cost Accountant.
  • Proficiency in SAP.
  • Skills: Teamwork, decision-making, leadership, effective communication, and analytical thinking.
