Job Description:
- Assist in the definition, tracking, and refinement of EPICs (large features) and User Stories related to new SE/MBSE capabilities.
- Support the planning and coordination of business releases, ensuring alignment between development sprints, stakeholder expectations, and the overall capability roadmap.
- Track the progress of capability development and provide clear, regular status reports to the team and the focal points on release readiness.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between different development teams to resolve dependencies and ensure smooth integration of new capabilities.
- Maintain a foundational understanding of the Airbus MBSE Framework and key SE principles to correctly interpret capability needs.
- Assist in establishing and maintaining the traceability links between high-level business requirements (EPICs) and the lower-level technical components and models.
- Aid in the preparation/generation and review of Airbus MBSE Methods/Handbooks, deployment guides, and training materials related to new capability releases.
- Basic exposure to modeling concepts (SysML/UML) and modeling tools (Cameo, Rhapsody) to facilitate communication with technical modelers.
- Act as a proactive and reliable team player, supporting the MBSE Acceleration team with various administrative and coordination tasks.
- Communication: Maintain excellent communication with both technical experts and non-technical stakeholders to clarify scope and manage expectations.
