Requirements
Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
5 years of proven professional experience in composite tooling, manufacturing fixtures, and composite materials.
Advanced level of proficiency in CATIA (V5 / 3DEXPERIENCE).
Advanced or fluent proficiency in English (working language).
High adaptability to work on cutting-edge topics within an agile, cross-functional networking environment.
Skills & Responsibilities
CATIA (V5 / 3DEXPERIENCE): Design and specify requested jigs and tools assets utilizing advanced CAD modeling techniques.
Composite Tooling Expertise: Lead the end-to-end industrialization of jigs and tools assets from creation and development to final acceptance.
Compliance & Quality Assurance: Integrate health, safety, ergonomics, environmental, security, and legal standards into technical specifications while supporting root cause analysis for non-conformities.
Procurement & Finance Support: Contribute to procurement phases, draft technical specifications for tenders, and support finance activities in elaborating CapEx and OpEx dossiers.
Potential transition routes: People from mechanical engineering, aerospace design, or industrial tooling roles may bring strong CAD and manufacturing process skills, alongside meeting the required 5 years of composite tooling experience and English proficiency.

Your tasks and responsibilities
End-to-End Industrialization: Ensure the successful industrialization of Jigs and Tools assets (creation, development, and modification) based on identified operational needs until final acceptance and handover to Operations Management.
Design & Technical Specifications: Design and/or specify requested Jigs and Tools assets according to requirements from ME Process Engineers, Operations, Maintenance Engineers, and Plant/FAL Quality Assurance Representatives.
Compliance & Human Factors: Seamlessly integrate requirements regarding Health & Safety, Ergonomics, Environment, Security (including Cyber Security), and legal standards (Export Control, CE Marking) into J&T technical specifications.
