You will translate complex aerospace engineering modifications into precise, executable operational instructions, ensuring that when the fleet deploys, our crews have absolute digital continuity and the ultimate tactical edge. Your documentation is the final authority before a rotor turns.
🎯 The Mission:
To manage, plan, and deliver high-quality Data Modules that drive the continuous evolution of Tiger Maintenance and Operation Publication revisions. Acting as a critical interface between the Design Office, external subcontractors, and global military operators, you will transform engineering modifications into reliable, fully compliant, and interactive electronic technical publications.
⚡ Key Responsibilities & Success Metrics:
Core Execution (Data Module Lifecycle): Author, verify, and validate Tiger data modules for Interactive Electronic Technical Publications (IETM). Conduct rigorous impact analysis on engineering design inputs-including Modification Proposals, Technical Notes, and Directives-to map exact documentation changes.
Technical Specifications: Ensure 100% compliance with strict ASD S1000D international specifications, Tiger Guidance Document guidelines, and Simplified Technical English (ASD-STE100) to eliminate any operational ambiguity in safety-critical procedures.
Customer Support & Interface: Resolve complex operator queries and technical questions under tight timelines. Provide rapid documentation updates for critical fleet requests, mitigating operational bottlenecks and resolving production blocking points.
Success Metric: Maintain an elite Right First Time (RFT) rate and achieve On-Time Delivery (OTD) targets across all assigned Work Packages, ensuring zero critical integration errors during the 6-month revision cycle.
Operational Challenge: Manage and orchestrate workflows with Logistic Service Providers and subcontractors, spearheading continuous improvement projects to drive transnational process harmonization.
🎓 The Profile:
Education: At least 3-5 years of technical experience in aeronautical sector: especially in Aircraft Maintenance, ILS, Production Engineering, Airframes Design or or experience with Warehouse, Procurement and other departments to optimize processes, Knowledge of Windchill and SAP,
Tech Stack: Proficient in XML/SGML authoring tools (Arbortext Epic), illustration software (PTC Isodraw, Mondello), BFlow, ICN Toolbox, ADOC, and translation management systems (TRAD@S Studio). Experience with SAP and Windchill is mandatory.
Domain Expertise: 3 to 5+ years of technical experience within the aeronautical sector (specifically in Aircraft Maintenance, ILS, or Airframe Design) with deep knowledge of workflows for SRM, AMM, and SDS manuals.
Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical rigor with a problem-welcoming mindset ; proven capability to lead subcontractors towards operational excellence and collaborate across multicultural, transnational disciplines.
Languages: Fluent in English (B2+ negotiation level) and Spanish is mandatory. Proficiency in French is highly desirable.
