🚁 AMM Light Twins Range Technical Data Engineer

In the world of Light Twin, versatility is currency. The H135/H145 programs represent the backbone of our fleet, serving operators who demand absolute reliability. As a Technical Data Engineer, you are the Guardian of Safety. You bridge the gap between complex engineering design and the mechanic, dynamic, equipments, ensuring every maintenance procedure is executable, compliant, and safe. Your documentation is the final authority before a rotor turns.

🎯 The Mission

To develop, deliver, and maintain the Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM) throughout the aircraft life cycle. You will act as the critical interface between the Design Office and the Customer, analyzing engineering data to create precise, compliant maintenance instructions and spare parts configurations that ensure fleet airworthiness.

⚡ Key Responsibilities & Success Metrics:

1. Core Technical Authoring & Impact Analysis

Trigger Management: Perform comprehensive analysis, validation, and incorporation of triggers (ECP, CR, MITB, TN, SB, ASB) into technical documentation.

Standards Compliance: Ensure all authoring strictly complies with civil specifications (ATA100, iSpec2200) and internal standards including Guidance Document G051 05-005 and Control Plan-Tech Data EI050 05-022F.

Linguistic Precision: Apply Simplified Technical English (ASD-STE100) to eliminate ambiguity in safety-critical tasks.

Maintenance Strategy: Contribute to the maintenance concept definition, creation, and Verification & Validation (V&V) of technical documentation to ensure operational feasibility.

2. Operational Control & Stakeholder Management

Design Office Interface: Manage the end-to-end flow from source data needs definition to collection and analysis, checking for consistency and completeness.

Process Harmonization: Identify gaps between Airbus Helicopters Group processes and propose recovery strategies to harmonize workflows between Engineering, IPC, and Maintenance Manuals.

3. Performance Monitoring & Problem Solving

Blocking Point Resolution: Proactively analyze and resolve technical or process "blocking points" that could halt production.

KPI Tracking: Report work progress, monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and escalate critical issues for arbitration when necessary.

Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality, consistency, and completeness of all technical documentation deliverables related to the designated AHE workshare.

🎓 The Profile:

At least 3-5 years of technical experience in aeronautical sector: especially in Aircraft Maintenance, ILS, Production Engineering, Airframes Design or experience with Warehouse, Procurement and other departments to optimize processes, Knowledge of Windchill and SAP,

Tech Stack: Proficiency in Windchill (CorePDM/SCDM), SAP, SGML Arbortext Epic, PTC Isodraw, and CATIA for 3D verification.

Domain Expertise: 3 to 5+ years in Technical Data. Specific experience in H135/H145, programs is highly valued, including ATA system nominations.

Soft Skills: Analytical rigor to synthesize complex data, a "welcome problems" solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to work in a transnational/multicultural environment.

Languages: Fluent in English (B2+ Negotiation level) and Spanish is mandatory. German is strongly desirable.
