Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a M&T Manager (f/m) to join our Avionics Products Development Department based in Toulouse, France .

You will be part of a team developing strategic avionics equipment and simulation solutions for all Airbus Aircraft Programs. As part of the Avionics & Simulation Domain, you will be involved in coaching process operations and driving improvements aiming at securing the deployment of the new PLM solution.

Your challenges:

  • Ensure process adherence and effectiveness while driving continuous improvement of methods.
  • Coordinate operational requests and provide tools, methods, or best practices to the department.
  • Lead action plans for audits/reviews and deploy the Process Surveillance Plan.
  • Manage Product Architecture topics within the framework of the new PLM for Avionics.
  • Develop partnering with solution suppliers and stakeholders to ensure effective deployment.

Your boarding pass:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with "out of the box" thinking.
  • Knowledge and professional experience in Process Management.
  • Excellent communication skills to present concepts clearly to customers and senior management.
  • Ability to induce innovation and engage people in new operational visions.
  • Negotiation level in both French and English is required.
