Job Description:

Business Method transverse and plant key activities:

• Leading Manufacturing part of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) projects including development of new PLM solution for E2E Digital Continuity (Engineering to Shop floor), including:

• Enrich Operations Catalogue for digital platforms

• Maintain Business Rules for Automation for digital platforms

• Development and deployment of the ME Work Preparation Excellence journey supporting our Production System maturity objectives, the deployment of our Preparation and Execution System and the ramp-up of our key Programs - including:

• Define/update Method/Process/AOS bricks

• Lead business continuity / continuous improvement projects as part of the ME Process-Methods-Tools Roadmap, including (or equivalent in Agile Safe methodology):

• Create/validate Business Requirement Dossier

• Change Request Management; implementation of changes; adjustments after deployment

• Provide and support cost improvement actions; analyze possibilities, create concepts and technical solutions

• Develop the ME competences, knowledge and community of practice

• Provide ME Work Preparation expertise to the Plants & FALs to support (BOS)

• Perform Benchmarking activities; using of existing resources with benefit for Airbus (Internal & external benchmark)

• Manage ME3S Clusters (ME Work Prep & Technical Shop floor Support, NC Programming, Shop floor Process Optimization, including

• Manage FUIN0301 & FUIN0304 processes, including:

• Progress Review Meetings (PRM)

• EASA, EN9100 and Internal Audit Specific NC Programming transverse activities:

• Specify new NC Programming solutions for new means (including PP & PIK creation, and virtual machines for simulation tool)

• Post Processors (PP) / Process Implementation Kit (PIK) improvement Specific Process Performance transverse activities:

• Maintain/develop transverse new methods and tools around Production System Efficiency (PSE) & Employee Empowerment Management (EEM) Bricks

• Update and maintain Transverse databases used by operational (STV Ticon, 3DX...)

• Support PERT Chart • Support Standard Line Balancing (SLB) and thus enable Production Pace Control (PPC) creation and maintenance

• Reduce Efficiency Loss via white space/red space identification, analysis and reduction

• Improve Process and Serial Allocated time via VA/NVA analysis and shop floor process observation

• Check STV golden rules adherence

• Define/update Method/Process/AOS bricks related to STV/SLB

• Define/maintain Digital tool for STV/SLB • Ensure right level of competences of users/stakeholders on STV/SLB

• Coach assess end user in the STV /SLB usage
