Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Developer with 7 to 9 years of experience to join our Agile scrum team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and delivering robust software solutions for our Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform.

A core focus of this role is building and improving developer self-service applications and automation tools . These tools empower our workforce and internal engineering teams to autonomously manage gateway security layers, run vulnerability scans, and debug access issues independently. You will contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), turning complex business requirements into reliable, beautifully written, and secure code.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable .NET Core backend microservices and responsive Angular frontend applications.
  
• Developer Self-Service Tools: Build and optimize internal-facing self-service portals and automated bots that allow internal teams to handle security configs, run on-demand compliance reports, and manage access requests.
  
• Vulnerability & Scan Management: Integrate and maintain automated scanning tools within the developer self-service pipeline to detect, report, and remediate high/medium security vulnerabilities before deployment.
  
• Advanced Debugging & Gateway Support: Develop advanced diagnostic tools and logs to help developers debug authentication/authorization issues across the common security gateway.
  
• Database Management: Lead database design, optimization, and write efficient queries/stored procedures in SQL Server.
  
• Agile Collaboration: Act as a core member of a self-empowered Agile development team, interacting closely with other engineering teams and customers to map out data flows and external interfaces.
  
• Documentation: Author high-quality technical blueprints, system design architecture, and test dossiers.
  

Technical Skills & Qualifications

1. Core Technical Stack

• Backend: Microsoft .NET Core / .NET 8+, ASP.NET Web API, C#, Microservices Architecture.
  
• Frontend: Angular (v14+ preferred), TypeScript, RxJS, HTML5, CSS3.
  
• Database: MS SQL Server 2016+, Advanced SQL, Database Design & Performance Tuning.
  
• Security & Auth: OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), Mutual TLS (mTLS), Coarse-Grain / Fine-Grain Access Control.
  

2. IAM Self-Service, Scanning & Debugging Stack

• Security Scanning (SAST/DAST): Integration experience with SonarQube, Checkmarx, Veracode, or Mend (WhiteSource) for automated vulnerability scanning.
  
• Debugging & Observability: Advanced troubleshooting using Postman/Newman, browser developer tools, structured logging (Serilog/ELK), and distributed tracing across IAM gateways.
  
• DevOps / CI/CD: Git, GitHub, Jenkins, Artifactory, and OpenShift (Containerization).
  
• Concepts: Strong command of Secure Coding Practices (OWASP Top 10), Design Principles, Design Patterns, and Multi-Threading.
  

3. Preferred Professional Certifications

• Microsoft: Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert or Developing Solutions for Microsoft Azure (AZ-204).
  
• Agile: Certified Scrum Developer (CSD) or Professional Scrum Developer (PSD).
  
• Security: Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional (CSSLP) or formal training in Workforce IAM / OAuth frameworks.
  

4. Soft Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) / Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.).
  
• Mindset: Strong organizational and project management skills with an Agile mindset.
  
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; comfortable interacting independently with international clients and stakeholders.
  
• Travel: Flexibility to travel for business as required by the organization.

• Quality & Timeliness: Consistently ensure on-time, first-time-right delivery of software releases.
  
• Automation Efficiency: Successfully convert complex business use cases into simple, secure self-service applications and automated bots.
  
• Vulnerability Reduction: Maintain an uncompromising stance on security by ensuring no high/medium vulnerabilities are exposed to unauthorized users.
  
• End-to-End Ownership: Demonstrate the ability to handle a subject completely from demand management through to development, testing, and support.
