Job Description:

Responsibilities - your mission

  • Support of the project manager in his responsibility to achieve the project goals
  • Identification, agreement and coordination of the project interfaces
  • Creation of project profiles and coordination of the service content with the clients/customers
  • Manage the planning and status of all processes; have a global overview and report any issues that arise
  • Creation of detailed budget plans for projects
  • Develop defined procedure/process/industrialization concepts as a project
  • Integration planning of the projects in existing processes
  • Presentation and documentation of the sub-project status for quality, technology, costs and deadlines
  • Identification of sub-project risks and initiation of risk minimization measures
  • Set up and moderate work progress meetings structure
  • Measure risk and support risk management


Requirements - our ideal candidate will have

  • A diploma/bachelor degree in engineering or business administration or several years of professional experience or a comparable qualification acquired in another way
  • Experience in leading various projects
  • High resilience and assertiveness
  • Team & communication skills
  • Business fluent English (German desirable)
  • Knowledge in designing processes
  • Knowledge in COBIT and ITIL
  • Experience in MS Office and G Suite
