Meet your team:
Customer & Partner team as part of Corporate processes and Information Technology organization (CPIT) focuses on shifting towards the customer lifecycle from Demand-to-Consume. We manage the marketing and sales cycle, as well as post-sales, renewals and the transactional elements for Commercial & Order to Cash, to ensure customer and partner excellence across processes, products, and IT delivery.
Our team of NextGen Cloud Selling (NGCS) that is part of Customer & Partner organization, is a cross-functional program team to define an E2E lean & automated process for SAP’s Public Cloud Volume Business. We are heavily focused on:
- Driving a significant operating model shift towards a standardized process along SAP where all functions need to drive change.
- Building a Greenfield Runway to radically simplify lead-to-cash for Public Cloud and offloading volume from traditional runway.
- We also aim to support SAP’s lines of businesses in their accountability to drive cloud transformation within their domains.
- Pooling Cloud strategists, business transformation architects and program managers who think across board area boundaries.
- Help the business to design efficient and effective end-to-end business capabilities, derive “what does good look like” in the target state and ensures a seamless interface between the organizations involved, thus driving efficient & effective program execution.

What you'll do:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented entry level professional to support the Project Management Office (PMO) within a dynamic program environment. In this role you will assist the PMO team in managing and coordinating project activities, supporting project managers, and ensuring smooth execution of project processes. This position is a great opportunity for students interested in project management, business processes, and organizational efficiency. You will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, contributing to the successful delivery of projects while developing your skills in project management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Project Documentation: Assist in creating, maintaining, and updating project documentation, such as project plans, reports, meeting minutes, and progress trackers.
- Tracking and Reporting: Help track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables. Support in preparing regular status reports for stakeholders.
- Communication: Assist in coordinating communication between project teams, stakeholders, and other departments. Schedule and organize meetings, workshops, and reviews.
- Project Tools Management: Help manage and update project management tools and platforms, ensuring all project data is accurately recorded.
- Risk and Issue Management: Assist in identifying and documenting project risks, issues, and actions to mitigate them.
- Data Analysis: Conduct basic data analysis and support the creation of dashboards and project performance metrics.
- Process Improvement: Assist in evaluating and improving project management processes and methodologies within the PMO.
- Program Event scheduling & Management: Forecast the workshops/events needed for the program, plan and prepare for the event in terms of logistics, participation, venues, hybrid collaboration needs and other event related tasks. Followed by execution of the event and gather feedback from participants to make the future events better planned and managed.
What you bring:
- Graduate from a Master’s program, preferably in Business Administration, Project Management, Information technology, or any related field.
- Trained in Project management methodologies, especially waterfall and Agile frameworks like Scrum & SAFe. Certification in these methodologies is a plus.
- Strong written & verbal communication skills in English. German is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Designer).
- Basic understanding in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MSPP, MS SharePoint, MS Planer, SAP Solution Manager, Mural and other tools would be an added advantage.
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with in a virtually distributed team.
Good to have:
- 1 to 2+ years of working experience with proven track record in project management
- Basic understanding of SAP’s products and solutions
- Basic experience in managing PMO tasks in large projects/programs
- International and cross-cultural working experience
