Internship: Cabin Innovation in Suzhou R&D Centre

Job Description:

Are you a highly motivated and proactive individual looking to gain hands-on experience in project management and cutting-edge AI technology within an innovative R&D environment? Join our team as an intern and contribute to exciting projects shaping the future of cabin design and AI software development.

Location: Suzhou R&D Centre

Duration: 6 months

Start Date: September 2025

Your Tasks Would Be:

• Project Management Support:
  
  • Assist in the creation and standardization of project templates.
    
  • Provide support in the preparation of milestone reviews and project documentation.
    
• Future Cabin Studio (Showroom) Improvement:
  
  • Contribute to the enhancement of our Future Cabin Studio, focusing on integrating new prototypes and improving the overall exhibition experience (e.g., hands-on integration work, coordination with suppliers, making use of 3D printing facilities.
    
• AI-Software Team Support:
  
  • Support the Computer Vision Data Labeling efforts to enhance algorithm accuracy. (No prior software development skills are required for this task.)

Qualifications:

• Understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and ergonomics.
  
• Ability to think conceptually and strategically, with a passion for future-oriented design.
  
• Communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in an international team environment
  
• A proactive and self-driven approach with a strong desire to learn and find solutions
  
• A highly motivated, creative, and open-minded spirit with a "can-do" attitude.
  
• Fluent English and Chinese for seamless communication.
