We are looking for an Innovation Manager specializing in Artificial Intelligence to join our dynamic and growing team. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing innovation projects using AI technologies in the fields of engineering and expertise in safety, cybersecurity, and sustainability. You will work closely with development teams and domain experts to transform innovative ideas into concrete solutions.

Within an innovation and R&T team, we are looking for an Innovation Manager to manage national and international R&T/R&D projects (external and internal) by integrating innovative technologies, especially AI.
Identify innovation opportunities and propose AI-based solutions.

Design and oversee end-to-end AI innovation projects.

Collaborate with technical teams to develop and implement AI algorithms and models.

Monitor technological trends and market developments in the AI field.

Develop prototypes and proofs of concept to test and validate new ideas.

Manage project budgets and resources for innovation projects.

Present innovation projects to internal and external stakeholders.

Conduct technological watch and stay up-to-date with the latest AI advancements.

Are you our future talent?
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

Proven experience in managing AI innovation projects.

Strong knowledge of AI technologies and algorithms, including machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.

Ability to turn innovative ideas into practical solutions.

Excellent project management and communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Google Cloud and Gemini certifications are a plus.

Intermediate English (minimum B2 level).
