Job Description:

Focus: Operational support for Major Incident Management (Interface to Augsburg).

Location: Romania (Remote/Hybrid) Focus: Major Incident and Shopfloor Support

Your Responsibilities:

  • Escalation Management: Management of critical tickets that are likely to breach the standard SLA.
  • Major Incident Support: Coordination of technical teams during total outages (Major Incidents) and management of communication channels.
  • Shopfloor Focus: Monitoring the availability of Tailored Devices in close coordination with the SM in Hamburg.
  • Stakeholder Information: Creation of Business Impact Reports during and after critical disruptions.

Your Profile:

  • Experience in incident and crisis management within a complex IT infrastructure.
  • Resilience and the ability to communicate clearly under pressure.
  • Good technical understanding of End-User-Computing and industrial IT hardware.
