As the IBP Management Specialist, you will play a vital role in spearheading the implementation and execution of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes across different AD organizations. Reporting to the IBP Management Leader, you will be responsible for leveraging IBP digital solutions to translate business outcomes into precise financial and operational resource requirements.   • IBP Method Application: Ensure the application of IBP methods in an End-to-End (E2E) governance framework, translating desired business outcomes into financial and operational resource requirements.
  • Process Synchronization: Improve synchronization between corporate planning processes (i.e., S&OP and financial and headcount planning processes) to optimize data quality.
  • Digital Environment: Support the creation and maintenance of a digital environment as a single point of truth for Workload (WL) / Workforce (WF) data.
  • Portfolio Management: Assist in managing the IBP Management portfolio to support WL-WF decision-making at operational and strategic levels.
  • Data Monitoring: Conduct ongoing monitoring and assessment of WL-WF data to ensure consistency and a proper quality level.
  • Metrics Development: Gather, develop, and monitor WL-WF metrics for live dashboarding.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with Business Partners and relevant stakeholders to ensure effective flow of information regarding IBP-related topics.
  • Training and Awareness: Promote IBP concept trainings and awareness sessions across targeted populations.
  • Improvement Initiatives: Support the implementation of IBP improvement initiatives and roadmaps.
  • Stakeholder Representation: Represent the organization in relevant IBP forums and meetings.

Required Competencies for Success

  • Data-Driven Strategy & Predictive Analytics: A strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate raw data into strategic foresight (SQL).
  • App Management & Business Intelligence (BI) Deployment: Technical aptitude in managing digital tools in cloud environments (AWS) and deploying BI solutions to end-users (Python)
  • Agile Process Design & Optimization: A lean, agile approach to designing and refining business workflows (Agile/Scrum methodology ).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Influence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to coordinate across diverse stakeholder networks.
  • Innovation & value creation: A proactive, "owner" mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and creative problem-solving.
