Airbus Aerostructures S.R.L. is seeking a Project & Resource Planner to ensure efficient project execution through meticulous planning and resource allocation within our aerostructures manufacturing environment.
Job Responsibilities:**
* Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed planning related to budget/costs. Planning and Forecast Tracking, including comparing Plan vs. Actual costs and highlighting deviations. .
* Generate regular project status reports, including schedule performance, resource utilization, and forecast versus actual analysis.
* KPI Management: Monitor and track KPIs, ensuring data structures are maintained correctly for accuracy. Update visual dashboards (including traffic lights and trend charts) regarding Time, Cost, and Quality.
*Process Optimization: Automate reporting and drive further continuous improvement initiatives to optimize dashboard and KPI processes.
*Procurement Support: Create Shopping Carts or Purchase Orders in the Click and Buy system, and monitor POAE Subcontracting Purchase Orders.
* Collaborate with different departments/organisations to gather project requirements, dependencies, and constraints.
* Facilitate planning meetings, ensuring alignment and communication across various departments.
* Identify potential project risks, schedule deviations, and resource bottlenecks, and propose mitigation strategies.
* Support the development and improvement of planning processes and tools.
* Ensure adherence to company standards, industry regulations, and customer requirements in all planning activities.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of project planning methodologies and best practices within the organization.
Job Requirments:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project planning and resource management, preferably within the aerospace, manufacturing, or a complex engineering environment would be an advatage
* Proven proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6, SAP PS), Google Suite, Looker Studio, SAP,.
*A basic level of JavaScript is considered a plusc.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
* A foundational, first understanding of budgeting and forecasting.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
* A proactive mindset dedicated to automating reporting and optimizing efficiency.
* Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
* Languages: Business fluency in English is mandatory for all presentations and general communication.
* Travel & Training (Mandatory Requirement): The candidate must be highly flexible for travel. This includes an initial, mandatory estimated training time of 4-6 week in a different plant ( located in Germany) to ensure seamless integration with the team and processes.
