1. Project: Website and support for the implementation of an HSE application (Your main challenge)
• Building a digital knowledge base: Co-creating and configuring an internal website (e.g., on
SharePoint) and supporting the rollout of a simple mobile app for employees containing all HSE
requirements.
• Designing online processes: Digitizing paper-based forms (e.g., hazard reporting, near-miss
reports) so employees can easily complete them on their phones.
• Modernizing content: Transforming traditional procedures and instructions into clear, modern
checklists and infographics.
2. Traditional BHP and Team Support (Practical On-the-Job Training)
• Induction training: Assisting with the conduct and organization of general safety briefings for new
employees.
• Documentation updates: Updating HSE instructions, occupational risk assessments, and internal
procedures.
• Reporting and analysis: Supporting the team in preparing routine reports, accident statistics, and
data summaries for authorities (e.g., Statistics Poland/GUS) and senior management.
• Prevention: Participating in routine workplace inspections and assisting with the monitoring of
corrective actions.
Required qualifications:
• Current student in fields such as HSE, Safety Engineering, Ergonomics and Occupational Safety, or
related disciplines.
• Openness to new technologies and a strong desire to drive digital transformation and process
digitalization within the HSE area.
• English proficiency at a minimum B1 level (capable of effective communication and working with
documents).
• Solid practical knowledge of the MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint; SharePoint is a plus).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, high attention to detail, precision, and excellent
organizational skills.
