Responsibilities - your mission
We are looking for a HR Business Automation specialist with passion for process improvement in our HR environment, delivering both Lean & Digital real solutions which improve the user experience.
You will be responsible to implement solutions that will allow us to improve our HR Process efficiency, increase simplicity and automatisation and this in close relation with process owner / product owner. This position combines technical knowledge with a deep understanding of business operations to create software solutions that automate tasks and enhance productivity
Main responsibilities
Analyze existing business processes and identify areas that can benefit from automation by activating analytics features such as :
Usage of process Mining tool (like Celonis)
Usage of Analytics tool (Python / text mining)
Usage of dedicated platform (like PostHog) to analyze, test, observe user activity in our HR application
Usage of google looker studio for dashboarding / visualization
Collaborate with stakeholders to design automation solutions that align with business objectives and requirements.
Utilize low code and no code development platforms to create custom applications, workflows, and automation solutions. (including RPA)
Test and troubleshoot automation solutions to ensure they function correctly and meet established quality standards.
Maintain detailed documentation of automation solutions, processes, and configurations.
Provide training to end-users and offer ongoing support to address issues and optimize automated processes.
Ensure that automation solutions adhere to security protocols and regulatory compliance standards. (Mainly Data Protection regulation)
Maintaining and monitoring process performance post-improvement involving setting key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have
Have excellent communication skills in English
Strong team spirit, open and ability to communicate and work fully remotely with team based on different locations and out of hierarchical mindset (trust-based setup).
Rigorous and autonomous way of working and is able to adapt to the situations.
Project management and Agile skills
Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement mindset
Analytics skills and passionate on operational excellence
Experience on Application development using No code Low code (as google AppSheet)
Interest in technology and IT Tools.
Convinced of the power of the data and interesting in KPIs / measures
Knowledge of HR process will be a plus
Workday - Cornerstone - SAP knowledge will be a plus.
Experience in Google Workspace tools is a plus (Intermediate).
