Responsibilities - your mission
We are looking for a HR Business Automation specialist with passion for process improvement in our HR environment, delivering both Lean & Digital real solutions which improve the user experience. The ideal candidate will have a background in user-centered design principles and be able to create intuitive, user-friendly applications for our HR employee services, in close relation with process owner / product owner. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design, prototype, and validate the user processes and interfaces that enhance the overall user experience of our products. This position combines technical knowledge with a deep understanding of business operations to create software solutions that automate tasks and enhance productivity.
Main responsibilities
Analyze existing business processes and identify areas that can benefit from automation using low code or no code platforms.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design automation solutions that align with business objectives and requirements.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather user feedback.
Utilize low code and no code development platforms to create custom applications, workflows, and automation solutions. (including RPA)
Design user interfaces that are visually appealing, intuitive, and accessible.
Test and troubleshoot automation solutions to ensure they function correctly and meet established quality standards.
Maintain detailed documentation of automation solutions, processes, and configurations.
Provide training to end-users and offer ongoing support to address issues and optimize automated processes.
Ensure that automation solutions adhere to security protocols and regulatory compliance standards. (Mainly Data Protection regulation)
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have
Have excellent communication skills in English
Strong team spirit, open and ability to communicate and work independently with team based on different locations and out of hierarchical mindset (trust-based setup).
Rigorous and autonomous way of working and is able to adapt to the situations.
Project management and Agile skills
Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement mindset
Analytics skills and passionate on operational excellence
Experience on Application development using No code Low code (as google AppSheet)
Knowledge of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
Experience with user research, usability testing, and translating findings into design improvements.
Interest in technology and IT Tools.
Convinced of the power of the data and interesting in KPIs / measures
Knowledge of HR process will be a plus
Workday - Cornerstone - SAP knowledge will be a plus
Experience in Google Workspace tools is a plus (Intermediate)
Availability to work in a Hybrid mode
