Job Summary

We are seeking an HR Digital & Architect to drive the digital transformation of HR processes and systems within Airbus (China). This role will be instrumental in designing and implementing innovative HR technology solutions that enhance efficiency, employee experience, and data-driven decision-making.

Job Responsibilities

* Lead the design, development, and implementation of HR digital strategies and roadmaps, aligning with global Airbus HR digital initiatives and local business needs.
* Act as the primary architect for HR systems, including HRIS, talent management platforms, and other HR technology solutions, ensuring seamless integration and data integrity.
* Evaluate new HR technologies and vendors, conducting feasibility studies and recommending solutions that best meet Airbus (China)'s requirements and budget.
* Collaborate with HR stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and ensure successful project delivery.
* Oversee the configuration, customization, and maintenance of HR digital platforms, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user experience.
* Develop and implement data governance strategies for HR systems, ensuring data quality, privacy, and compliance with local regulations.
* Provide expert guidance and support to HR teams on digital tools and processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and digital adoption.
* Monitor and analyze HR system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to optimize efficiency and user satisfaction.
* Stay abreast of emerging HR technology trends, best practices, and regulatory changes, proactively recommending updates and innovations.

Job Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
* Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR technology, HRIS implementation, or HR digital transformation roles, with at least 3 years in an architectural capacity.
* Proven experience with major HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) and other HR technology solutions.
* Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, talent management, compensation, payroll, etc.).
* Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex HR system architectures and integrations.
* Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering HR technology projects on time and within budget.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
* Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is required.
* Experience working in a multinational company environment is highly desirable.
