Job Description:

We are looking for an HR Admin - French Speaker (Personnel Administration) to join our Reward Operations team at Airbus Portugal.

Responsibilities - your mission

The Reward Operations team is responsible for processes related to personal administration, time administration and compensation and benefits administration.
In this sense, your main tasks will be linked to the processes below:

Personal data, Certificate management, DPAE and Long Service Award Management:

  • Approve personal information changes in Workday
  • Ensure the information is correctly interfaced in the HR Database
  • Edition of employer certificates
  • Ensure quality and robust data in G Sheet file from Google Form Long Service Award
  • Ensure for each Long Service Award there is a diploma or attestation from prefecture; if not, revive employees to complete their demands
  • Archive attestation and diploma in Drive shared with Reward operations
  • Send two times per year Excel file with data to allow Reward Operations calculate and integrate Long Service Award in payroll
  • Answer to employee requests via mailbox or ticketing tool


Company car management:

  • Extracting eligible population every month
  • Integrating amounts and car allowances in SAP for payroll purposes
  • Supporting the payroll team on company car topics


Early career and Temporary worker management:

  • Integrating hired trainees in the tool (Workday and SAP) with quality approach
  • Managing Workday administrative request rejections
  • Integrating CQPM (Certificat De Qualification Paritaire De La Métallurgie) and alternating trainees
  • Extracting and integrating end of training periods in the tool
  • Integrating hirings, extensions, modifications and terminations of temporary employees
  • Checking and administering the interface between Workday and SAP
  • Extracting and processing payroll data for temporary employees
  • Sending data to all temporary employment agencies


Time management:

  • Registering temporary employee absences
  • Correcting anomalies in the time management tool
  • Registration and filing of employee attendances and absences in SAP
  • Overtime and work schedule recording


Requirements - Our ideal candidate will have

  • Mandatory fluency in French and English,
  • Knowledge in Workday, SAP, ServiceNow & Google Suite (preferential)
  • Previous experience working in Human Resources (preferential)
  • Versatility to work with different technical tools
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure to agreed deadlines
  • Results and detail-oriented, with a logical approach to completing tasks
  • Understanding and demonstration of ethics and data protection/compliance
  • Critical thinking to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Demonstrate a ‘can-do’ attitude in all areas
