Operative
- Accountable for doors delivery on-time, on-quality and on costs for all SA/WB programs
- Accountable for AHMQ’s P&L
- Accountable for Risk management activities for the AHMQ perimeter
- Contribute to & breakdown of industrial targets (such as Product Cost, lead-time, inventory, productivity, etc.)
- Ensure Ramp-up readiness
- Planning, alignment, tracking, management, and reporting of the Budget/Operating Plan (inside Airbus Helicopters)
- Integration of all operational matters (Ramp-up, modifications, major changes, etc.) into planning and coordination of contributing departments (Engineering, Procurement, Quality, Finance, etc.)
- Execution of business activities within the area of responsibility in compliance with all corresponding regulations/legislation
- Foster customer satisfaction along the value stream (incl. customer feedback loop)
Strategy
- Achievement of annual, medium, and long-term company objectives in the AHMQ area through active performance management and decision-making
- Accountable for the development of a product strategy (include future developments and changes)
- Accountable for industrial strategy, long-term objectives (include ramp-up) and transformation of Doors business in alignment with Airbus Helicopters colleagues in EDA
- Accountable for the project portfolio within AHMQ VSM
- Identify opportunities for evolution and continuously evolve VSM model including the strategic alignment (with Doors strategy and transformation projects)
- Support in industry standards for the implementation of the Airbus Operating System within the area
