Responsible for Production Performance area, with the following activities:
- Business Processes and Key Users
- AOS and Lean
- Strategic projects
- Capacity planning
- Layout planning
- Digital transformation
Disciplinary, functional and lateral (stakeholder mgt., multi-functional / transnational teams) leadership, especially guiding, motivating and developing subordinate staff.
Implementation of a high-performance culture in the sphere of impact.
Planning, agreeing, monitoring and reporting of required resources to accomplish the delegated work (e.g. budget(s), services, equipment), continuous improvement of work processes in the designated area.
Risk management activities for the area of responsibility, especially the regular and exhaustive identification, evaluation, mitigation and reporting of risks.
Accomplishment of business activities in line with all relevant internal and external regulations / legislation.
Product delivery on time, cost & quality.
Achievement of mid to long-term business and strategic objectives in the designated area; identification and realization of improvement potential and change requirements.
Active performance management, especially prompting decision making.
Decisions for the program orientation with an impact on other functions (client request vs. technical / financial aspects) or presentation of the recommendations for strategic decisions.
Planning and implementing projects according to Airbus directives (LBIP).
Ensuring the implementation of cost improvement measures in order to achieve the cost target within the targeted departments.
Implementation of specific measures in case of budget overruns.
Developing annual budget and resource plans for the area of responsibility.
Analyzing Soll/Ist deviations and implementing corrective measures in case of deviations.
Preparing reports for transparency and planning.
Planning, purchasing and implementing investments relevant to the area of responsibility.
Collaborate in the development of plant-level strategies, as well as projects of common interest at the plant/location level. Bringing input in terms of specialized knowledge in project management, recovery, task force and/or restructuring, etc.
In line with the Airbus leadership model, manage direct teams.Engage, develop and motivate the direct team(s), within Airbus Values using the HR processes & development tools. Build a trustful and inclusive environment, promoting collaboration facts driven decisions and an out of silos mindset.Ensure deliverables on time, cost and quality to ensure Customer Satisfaction; escalate risks and opportunities.Encourage innovation and continuous improvement by detecting and eliminating non added-value activities.Secure the business at short/mid/long term, contributing to increase Airbus profitability. This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
