Job Description:

SUMMARY OF POSITION

業務拡大に伴いヘリコプター販売後のアフターサポートを担う部門において,機体の整備,修理,改造,また装備品販売,操縦士•整備士訓練等の営業活動に従事して頂きます.

官公庁(海上保安庁,消防•防災,警察,防衛省等)ほか民間のお客様が運航されている機体に向けてメーカー直下の高質な包括的サポートを提供し,長期的な伴走体制のもと安定したビジネスの獲得•拡大を目指します.

契約締結から履行までに至る一連のプロセスにおいて,お客様の窓口として,顧客対応や部署横断的な協働により,様々な課題解決を図ります.これにより,顧客満足を確保し,お客様との良好な関係性のもと,継続的な契約,ひいては新規機体の販売に貢献します.

また日々のサポートによる強固なパートナーシップを基盤に,航空業界を取り巻く環境変化に対し航空機の安全運航を最優先としたコア人材としてとして能力を発揮して頂きます.

部内は[官公庁][民間][防衛省][訓練]の4チーム体制です.勤務地含め(六本木本社又は神戸事業所)本人の希望と特性に合わせた配属からスタートし,将来的にはジョブローテーションで営業として幅を広げることも可能です.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• ヘリコプターの整備,修理,改造作業,装備品販売や修理提案および契約締
• 操縦士ならびに整備士向けの訓練提案および契約締結
• 契約履行に伴う顧客対応および社内調整
• 売上計画および収支管理
• 顧客満足維持向上(ここでの強固な信頼関係が,将来的な新規機体の販売へと繋がります)

必須要件

• 顧客及び社内調整力•交渉力•説明力
• リーダーシップ
• ストレスおよびプレッシャー耐性
• 航空業界への興味
• 日本語能力
• MSオフィスもしくはGoogle Workspace(Gmail等)の基本的な操作

望ましい

• 国際的な環境への適応力
• 製造業における部品やサービスの営業,業務経験(生産管理/整備経験含)
• 日本の官公庁顧客への営業,業務経験(生産管理/整備経験含)
• 航空機関連部品やサービス販売等の営業,業務経験(生産管理/整備経験含)
• 英語力又は習得へのチャレンジ精神(会話含む)
• Salesforce,SAP の基本的な操作
