Tasks

  • Disciplinary leadership of the Supply Team in Brasov which is in charge of
  • Buying detail parts and sub-assemblies for a specific bundle of suppliers (national and international) to supply all upstream production plants and all Programs
  • Representing Procurement and acting as Key Account for all Procurement related topics within Brasov plant and the internal production areas
  • Assuring a 100% station enablement of the production areas including missing part management and avoidance of delivery delays
  • Monitor missing parts forecast and initiate counter measures in case of risks
  • Drive escalation process initiated by Supply Officer in case of shortages/ urgencies
  • Tracking of Supply Management KPIs, such as delivery performance (D1), overdue deliveries, depths of delays, etc. including initiation of counter measures in case of deviations
  • Ensure an optimal balance between production enablement and stock levels (safety stocks, coverages, Non-Mover Management); monitoring stock levels
  • Ensure a proper new part/ new program introduction as well as Transfers of Work
  • Initiate process improvements and automations; execution of practical problem solvings and implementation of sustainable optimizations/ solutions
  • Drive different process optimization projects in Supply Management, such as ZerOM, Supply Chain Resilience project or similar and ensure implementation in the area of responsibility
  • Perform team and performance meetings; develop team members as a team and individually
  • Strong cooperation and networking with suppliers and internal customers
  • Adherence to all supply related requirements and compliance regulations


Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration, Logistics/Supply Chain or Business Informatics, or equivalent qualification acquired through alternative paths
  • Long term experience in leadership role and managing teams
  • Profound process knowledge and experience in the area of procurement, supply chain and operations as well as in project management
  • Strong customer orientation combined with effective communication skills and necessary assertiveness
  • Analytic way of thinking and solution oriented way of working
  • Knowledge in SAP MM, Skywise & Google Workspace
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel (national/ international) for around 20% of the working hours
  • Fluent in German and English (written & spoken)
