Tasks

  • Support of the Key Account Supply Management in his/her role as Procurement Focal Point towards the site & production areas
  • Deputation of the Key Account in different meetings, especially in regards to missing parts management; regular participation in production SQCDPs as well as program related status meetings
  • assuring a 100% station enablement of the production areas including missing part management and avoidance of delivery delays
    • Monitoring of missing parts forecast and initiating of counter measures in case of visible risks; preparation, execution and documentation of early warning, pareto and status meetings with Supply Officers and other functions
    • consolidation of status information in case of supply risks or shortages, participation in Supplier Functional Team Meetings (SFTs)
    • support escalation process initiated by Supply Officer in case of urgencies
    • driving sustainable solving of missing parts root causes, e.g. improvement of demand signal, assurance of process adherence etc. - including documentation of issues and optimizations (e.g. 5 Whys, PPS)
  • Support proper new part/ new program introduction as well as Transfer of Works
  • Ensuring an optimal balance between production enablement and stock levels (safety stocks, coverages, Non-Mover Management)
  • Supporting different process optimization projects in Supply Management, such as ZerOM, Supply Chain Resilience project or similar
  • Close cooperation and networking with suppliers and internal customers
  • Adherence to all supply related requirements and compliance regulations


Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration, Logistics/Supply Chain or Business Informatics, or equivalent qualification acquired through alternative paths
  • Profound process knowledge and experience in the area of procurement, supply chain and operations as well as in project management
  • Strong customer orientation combined with effective communication skills and necessary assertiveness
  • Analytic way of thinking and solution oriented way of working
  • Knowledge in SAP MM, Skywise & Google Workspace
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel (national/ international) for around 20% of the working hours
  • Fluent in German and English (written & spoken)
