The Mission

As the Head of Aircraft Technical Services, you will lead a world-class team dedicated to providing technical expertise, precision data, and digital services to global aviation partners. Your primary goal is to ensure the safety, reliability, and efficiency of aircraft operations for customers worldwide through data-driven solutions and unparalleled maintenance support.

Key Responsibilities & Activities

You will oversee a comprehensive portfolio of technical services, ensuring every output meets the highest standards of safety and innovation.

  • Global Technical Assistance: Direct the delivery of worldwide technical support and expert consultation to resolve complex operational challenges.
  • MRO Support & Services: Lead Aircraft Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) strategies to maximize fleet uptime and operational readiness.
  • Data Management & Compliance: Supervise the authoring and distribution of Technical Data and Service Bulletins, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
  • Digital Innovation: Drive the development of data-driven digital services and maintenance engineering tools to modernize traditional workflows.
  • Harmonized Governance: Implement and maintain a unified governance framework to ensure all services are delivered with consistent quality and rigorous adherence to international aviation standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Expertise: Deep technical knowledge of aircraft systems, maintenance engineering, and MRO lifecycles.
  • Leadership: Proven experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams on a global scale.
  • Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in using data-driven insights and digital tools to improve aircraft reliability.
  • Regulatory : Strong understanding of aviation authority requirements (e.g., GACA, EASA) and compliance governance.
  • Visionary Thinking: Ability to balance immediate technical support needs with long-term transformation goals.

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
