Role: Functional Analyst - S4HANA Public Cloud Procure To Pay

Description:

The role requires an SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Procure to Pay Consultant (MM) with cross-functional Experience in Finance, Professional service, and Supply chain modules. The consultant will support end-to-end implementation, rollout, and post-go-live support activities while ensuring alignment with SAP standard scope items, fit-to-standard principles, and public cloud best practices. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders to ensure effective process adoption and integration across functional areas .

Qualification & Experience:

3-6 years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud on Procure to pay area.

In-depth knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes including PR, PO, GR, IR, account assignments, pricing procedures, Inventory Management including goods receipt, inventory postings, and stock movements and flexible workflows.

Strong understanding of fit-to-standard methodology and SAP best-practice scope items.

Experience supporting end-to-end implementation and support projects in SAP Public Cloud environments .

Hands-on experience in data migration and cutover activities, including open PO migration, master data migration, validation and post-cutover support.

Experience in quarterly release testing for S/4HANA Public Cloud, including regression testing, impact analysis, and coordination of business sign-offs.

Good understanding of integration touchpoints with FI, Supply chain, and Professional service.

Ability to support end-to-end implementation activities including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, go-live, and hyper care support.

Responsible for troubleshooting various issues in the SAP system and provide support for the same.

Strong business communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA public cloud extensibility concepts including BADIs and in app extensibility.

Responsibility:

Support SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation, rollout, and post-go-live support activities.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze and validate business requirements and align them with SAP standard processes.

Support fit-to-standard workshops and ensure adoption of SAP best-practice business processes.

Work closely with business users, process owners, and data owners to ensure end-to-end process alignment.

Prepare and maintain functional documentation, including business process flows and solution documentation.

Support integration testing, UAT coordination, cutover, go-live, and hyper care activities.

Participate in quarterly SAP Public Cloud release testing, including impact analysis, regression testing, and business sign-off coordination.
