Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Management & Reporting

• Oversee the preparation of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) in compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and other relevant accounting standards.

• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

• Monitor financial performance, conduct trend analysis, and provide recommendations for business improvement.

• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, board members, and investors.

2. Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Analysis

• Manage the company’s budgeting and forecasting processes.

• Conduct financial analysis, including profitability analysis, cost control, and variance analysis.

• Identify key financial risks and opportunities, providing insights to drive strategic decisions.

• Use financial modeling and scenario analysis to support long-term planning.

3. Compliance, Risk Management & Internal Controls

• Ensure compliance with tax laws, corporate governance, and regulatory requirements.

• Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies for audits and statutory filings.

• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent financial risks.

• Assess financial risks and propose mitigation strategies.

4. Cash Flow & Treasury Management

• Manage the company’s liquidity and working capital requirements.

• Optimize cash flow, ensuring efficient management of receivables, payables, and investments.

• Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions for funding and financing needs.

5. Financial Strategy & Process Improvement

• Identify areas for financial process automation and efficiency enhancement.

6. Leadership, Stakeholder Management & Presentation Skills

• Collaborate with department heads to align financial strategies with business goals.

• Present financial findings, strategic recommendations, and reports to senior management and key stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.

• Communicate complex financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Financial Analysis & Reporting - Ability to interpret financial statements, conduct in-depth financial analysis, and present actionable insights.

• Budgeting & Forecasting - Expertise in financial planning, cost control, and scenario analysis.

• Compliance & Risk Management - Strong understanding of tax regulations, accounting standards, and financial controls.

• Cash Flow & Treasury Management - Experience in liquidity planning, investment management, and working capital optimization.

• Technology & Systems - Proficiency in financial modeling tools (Excel, Power BI).

• Leadership & Team Management - Strong ability to coordinate with finance teams while working cross-functionally with other departments.

• Presentation & Communication - Excellent ability to present financial data, reports, and recommendations to senior management, board members, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

• MBA Finance from a reputed institute or a Chartered Accountant (CA), CFA, or equivalent qualification.

• 6+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of IFRS and IndAS.

• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
