Responsible for the management of the normal flow parts delivery
Responsible for the management of the secondary flow parts delivery
Responsible to maintain a timely coordination in the NC flow for On Site Suppliers to perfrom rework
Be the interface for supplier coordinative issues in FAL C, indirectly contact suppliers via Logistic Coordination.
Direct contact supplier or supply officer organization in Europe for dedicated scenarios
Take leading position in communication/action towards the issues related to material requests, regardless of perspective
Responsible for management of returning the Flying parts due to NC
Following/executing Supply chain & Logistic processes.
Other temporary tasks assigned by management
Be the focal point in front of Operation in dedicated meetings on behalf of the whole ACOPIF organization
Support supply chain improvements and local for local solutions
Ensure a smooth and efficient Material flow between Supply sources and FAL on both directions E2E
Ensure an explicit and reliable information flow interfacing production and supply sources
Coordinate with relevant functions as engineering and operations shipfloor for any troubleshooting subjects in material flow
Be internal trainer and guidance for junior members
Manage the Supplier On Site Support coordination, perform liability assesment and build the communication across OSS and operation/quality.
Analyze NC liability for SCQM further investigation
