Descrição da vaga: Estágio em Suporte e Serviços

Localização: Itajubá - MG

Modalidade: Presencial

Horário: 7h às 14h

Principais atividades:

• Auxiliar em providenciar a cotação de materiais para os clientes nacionais;
  
• Dar suporte no contato com clientes, direcionando as demandas e tirando dúvidas iniciais;
  
• Auxiliar na abertura de pedidos no sistema de cotação de materiais, a fim de ter o preço e prazo de entrega;
  
• Manter a caixa de e-mails do departamento organizada, triando e direcionando as mensagens para os responsáveis;
  
• Apoiar no preenchimento e atualização de planilhas de controle interno para suporte à gestão do trabalho da área;
  
• Auxiliar no registro da aprovação do cliente no sistema e criação de ordens de venda.
  

Requisitos obrigatórios:

• Cursando ensino superior em Administração;
  
• Inglês intermediário;
  
• Ter disponibilidade para estagiar presencialmente (30 horas semanais) na Helibras de Itajubá por no mínimo 2 anos;
  
• Candidatos internos favor atentar-se a regra de ouro.

Position: Support and Services Internship

Location: Itajubá, MG

Work Mode: In-person

Schedule: 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in obtaining material price quotes for domestic clients;
  
• Provide support in client communications, routing requests and answering initial inquiries;
  
• Assist in entering requests into the material quoting system to obtain pricing and delivery timelines;
  
• Maintain the department's email inbox, sorting and routing messages to the appropriate personnel;
  
• Support the completion and updating of internal tracking spreadsheets to assist with workflow management;
  
• Assist in recording client approvals in the system and creating sales orders.
  

Mandatory requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration;
  
• Intermediate English
  
• Availability for an in-person internship (30 hours per week) at Helibras in Itajubá for a minimum of 2 years;
