Descrição da vaga: Estágio em Logística

Localização: Itajubá - MG

Modalidade: Presencial

Horário: 7h às 14h

Principais atividades:

• Trabalhar com projetos de otimização dos processos e inovação;
  
• Auxiliar nas demandas da área;
  
• Apoiar a equipe na construção e/ou manutenção dos controles e KPI's;
  
• Participar de reuniões da área e trazer sugestões nas resoluções das necessidades dos clientes;
  
• Auxiliar nas baixas de controle do sistema (de acordo com a demanda)
  
• Apoiar na organização e apontamento das informações das planilhas de controle e responder às solicitações de clientes;
  
• Dar suporte ao processo de importação e exportação de transportes.
  

Requisitos obrigatórios:

• Cursando ensino superior em Administração ou Engenharia de Produção;
  
• Ter disponibilidade para estagiar presencialmente (30 horas semanais) na Helibras de Itajubá por no mínimo 2 anos;
  
• Candidatos internos favor atentar-se a regra de ouro.

Position: Logistics Internship
Location: Itajubá, MG
Format: In-person
Schedule: 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Key responsibilities:

• Work on process optimization and innovation projects;
  
• Assist with departmental tasks;
  
• Support the team in creating and/or maintaining controls and KPIs;
  
• Participate in department meetings and offer suggestions to meet customer needs;
  
• Assist with system data entry and updates (as required);
  
• Help organize and record data in control spreadsheets and respond to customer requests;
  
• Support import and export transportation processes.
  

Mandatory requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or Production Engineering;
  
• Availability for an in-person internship (30 hours/week) at Helibras in Itajubá for a minimum of 2 years;
  
• Internal candidates: please adhere to the "Golden Rule" policy.
