Descrição da vaga: Estágio em Logística - Taubaté

Localização: Taubaté

Modalidade: Presencial

Horário: 8h às 15h

Principais atividades:

• Apoiar as operações logísticas e administrativas diárias dentro do Hangar de Apoio ao Cliente (BAvEx).
• Auxiliar nas etapas de separação, conferência e entrega de materiais.
• Apoiar a administração e o controle do estoque especial destinado aos clientes.
• Executar as baixas de estoque e registrar as movimentações no sistema de controle interno.
• Alimentar planilhas logísticas, mantendo a organização e o apontamento correto das informações.
• Atuar no atendimento direto e na resposta às solicitações dos clientes do hangar.
• Prestar suporte geral à equipe em outras atividades demandadas pelo setor.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

• Cursando ensino superior em Administração;
• Disponibilidade para trabalhar presencialmente em Taubaté - Bavex (Batalhão de Aviação do Exército) por no mínimo 2 anos;
• Candidatos internos favor atentar-se a regra de ouro.

Job Description: Logistics Internship - Taubaté

Location: Taubaté

Work Mode: On-site

Schedule: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Key responsibilities:

• Support daily logistics and administrative operations within the Customer Support Hangar (BAvEx).
• Assist with the picking, verification, and delivery of materials.
• Support the administration and control of specialized inventory designated for customers.
• Process inventory deductions and record movements in the internal control system.
• Update logistics spreadsheets, maintaining organization and accurate data entry.
• Handle direct interactions and respond to requests from hangar customers.
• Provide general team support for other activities required by the department.

Mandatory requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration;
• Availability to work on-site in Taubaté (BAvEx - Army Aviation Battalion) for a minimum of 2 years;
• Internal candidates: please adhere to the "Golden Rule" polic y.
