Descrição da vaga: Estágio em Suporte e Serviços - Militar

Localização: Itajubá / MG

Modalidade: Presencial

Horário: 7h às 14h

Principais atividades:

• Prestar suporte analítico e operacional no acompanhamento diário da frota militar, assegurando a atualização e a total confiabilidade das informações do setor;
  
• Auxiliar no acompanhamento contínuo dos pedidos de clientes do segmento de Defesa, monitorando os fluxos logísticos para garantir o cumprimento rigoroso dos prazos;
  
• Apoiar a comunicação externa, atuando como elo entre a nossa operação e a equipe técnica do cliente para o alinhamento de demandas, coleta de novos requisitos e reportes de status ;
  
• Auxiliar nas atividades de rotina no setor.
  

Requisitos obrigatórios:

• Cursando ensino superior Engenharia de Produção, Engenharia Mecânica, Engenharia Elétrica, Engenharia Eletrônica Engenharia, Mecatrônica ou Engenharia Aeronáutica;
  
• Inglês intermediário;
  
• Ter disponibilidade para estagiar presencialmente (30 horas semanais) na Helibras de itajubá por no mínimo 2 anos;
  
• Candidatos internos favor atentar-se a regra de ouro.

Position: Support and Services Internship - Military Sector
Location: Itajubá, MG
Work Mode: In-person
Schedule: 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Key responsibilities:

• Provide analytical and operational support for the daily monitoring of the military fleet, ensuring data is up-to-date and fully reliable;
  
• Assist in the ongoing tracking of orders from Defense sector clients, monitoring logistics flows to ensure strict adherence to deadlines;
  
• Support external communication by acting as a liaison between our operations team and the client's technical team to align demands, gather new requirements, and provide status reports;
  
• Assist with routine departmental tasks.
  

Mandatory requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or Aeronautical Engineering;
  
• Intermediate English proficiency;
  
• Availability for an in-person internship (30 hours/week) at Helibras in Itajubá for a minimum of 2 years;
