Descrição da vaga: Estágio em Suporte e Serviços

Localização: Itajubá - MG

Modalidade: Presencial

Horário: 10h às 17h

Principais atividades:

  • Auxiliar na realização da interface ativa e receptiva com a carteira de clientes, garantindo um atendimento de excelência e agilidade na comunicação via telefone e e-mail corporativo;
  • Atuar na base de apoio ao fluxo comercial, sendo responsável em auxiliar a estruturação, abertura e registro de propostas comerciais e orçamentos nos sistemas internos;
  • Apoiar na garantia da atualização e a precisão do banco de dados da área, conduzindo o input de informações e o cadastro padronizado de novos materiais e parceiros;
  • Prestar suporte analítico ao ponto focal do setor, auxiliando na extração de relatórios gerenciais e realizando o monitoramento contínuo dos pedidos emitidos para assegurar o cumprimento dos prazos de entrega.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Cursando ensino superior em Administração;
  • Inglês intermediário;
  • Ter disponibilidade para estagiar presencialmente (30 horas semanais) na Helibras de Itajubá por no mínimo 2 anos;
  • Candidatos internos favor atentar-se a regra de ouro.

Job Description: Support and Services Internship

Location: Itajubá - MG

Format: In-person

Working Hours: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Main activities:

  • Assist in maintaining active and responsive communication with the client portfolio, ensuring excellent service and prompt communication via phone and corporate email;
  • Work within the commercial support team, responsible for assisting with the structuring, creation, and recording of commercial proposals and quotes in internal systems;
  • Support efforts to ensure the database for the area is up-to-date and accurate, managing data entry and the standardized registration of new materials and partners;
  • Provide analytical support to the sector’s focal point, assisting with the generation of management reports and continuously monitoring issued orders to ensure delivery deadlines are met.

Required qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program in Business Administration;
  • Intermediate English;
  • Availability to complete an in-person internship (30 hours per week) at Helibras in Itajubá for a minimum of 2 years;
  • Internal candidates, please note the golden rule.
